He emphasized the biggest barrier to women reaching the C-suite is a combination of mindset and organisational belief. Many women step back from leadership roles due to perceived personal responsibilities, while at the same time, organisations and CEOs must evolve their thinking to truly trust women with leadership positions. Experience consistently shows that when given the opportunity, women deliver equal to and often better than their male counterparts.
