She highlighted the importance of creating workplaces free from bias and stereotypes, where women could express their ideas, pursue their ambitions, and grow without being unfairly labelled. Reflecting on the event, she appreciated the conversations for bringing workplace realities into focus and encouraging organisations to create more inclusive environments.
