The Maharashtra Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Ltd. (MSSIDC), under the state government’s RAMP (Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance) initiative, is set to host the 4th Reverse Buyer-Seller Meet on April 27–28, 2026 at The Leela Hotel, Andheri, Mumbai, in partnership with the India SME Forum (ISF).
Designed as a focused international trade platform, the two-day event will connect export-oriented MSMEs with verified global buyers. It will enable businesses to present their offerings, identify new export opportunities, and build long-term international partnerships. A key feature of the event is its HSN code-based matchmaking system, which ensures precise alignment between exporters and overseas buyers.
The meet will see participation from nearly 40 international buyers representing countries including Rwanda, South Africa, Japan, Jordan, Hungary, Ghana, Cameroon, Italy, Austria, Papua New Guinea, Uganda, Zambia, and Germany.
Diverse Industry Participation
The event will bring together MSMEs from a wide range of sectors such as agriculture and food processing, automotive and engineering, electronics and energy, chemicals and plastics, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, textiles and leather, IT and digital services, infrastructure, financial services, and education and skill development.
More than 200 export-driven MSMEs are expected to take part, with pre-arranged B2B meetings serving as a major highlight.
Key Sessions and Discussions
A seminar on “MSME Exports in Maharashtra: Opportunities and Ecosystem” will feature expert panel discussions with representatives from DGFT, Customs, ECGC, EXIM Bank, Amazon, Aramex, and Tata AIG.
Additionally, Axis Bank will host a dedicated session on “Export Financing: Credit and Trade Facilitation”, focusing on financial support mechanisms for exporters.
Exhibition Showcase
An exclusive exhibition will run alongside the event, displaying products such as Paithani sarees, MSSIDC goods, bamboo-based items, food products, and honey produced by the Maharashtra State Khadi & Village Industries Board.
Driving Export Growth
The initiative aims to expand MSME access to global markets while promoting ODOP (One District One Product) and GI-tagged products. It also seeks to enhance MSME integration into global supply chains.
Participants will benefit from additional support services including capacity-building workshops, guidance on regulatory procedures, export advisory, trade finance solutions, ESG certification awareness, and direct engagement with industry experts.
MSSIDC Managing Director Vikas Pansare emphasized that the event will play a crucial role in strengthening the global competitiveness and growth of Maharashtra’s MSME sector.
