At 94, Bob Moore, the visionary behind Bob’s Red Mill, a cherished natural foods company, has passed away. Renowned for his commitment to employee empowerment and whole grain excellence, Moore’s legacy shines on brightly.

His entrepreneurial journey, from managing gas stations and stores to goat farming, peaked in the establishment of his own grain mill in Redding, California, at the age of 49.

Under Moore’s management, Bob’s Red Mill flourished, expanding globally and achieving revenue exceeding $100 million by 2018. Despite lucrative offers to sell, Moore remained committed in his commitment to the company, prioritising his legacy and the company’s ethos over personal gain.
