Sonia Huria has been appointed as the Head of Communications – APAC at Amazon Prime Video. Her tenure with the streaming platform began in 2020, and she previously served as the Communications Head in India.
Sonia brings to this role over twenty years of experience in the entertainment and consumer industries. Before assuming her new position, she held the role of Head of Corporate Marketing, Communications, and Sustainability at Viacom18, where she had oversight of all five business segments.
Prior to her tenure at Viacom18, she served as a Consulting Associate at Genesis Burson-Marsteller and gained valuable experience at Weber Shandwick.
