Poacher’s Online Campaign Catches the Eye

The recently released film Poacher, an Amazon original film streaming on Amazon Prime, has caught the eye thanks to an eye-catching campaign that saw multiple brands jump on the trend.

It’s a brand mad world

During the weekend social media was flooded with concerns over the disappearance of elephants from the logos of brands.

To raise awareness brands like The Times of India, the Flying Elephant restaurant at the Grand Hyatt, Chennai, Asian Paints, Make My Trip, Dabur, The Bombay Store, Spice Jet, Shaadi.com, Rapido, BoAt and many more to the list, joined forces with Prime Video.

Make My Trip reaffirmed its commitment to responsible travel, pledging to raise awareness about the importance of preserving jungles and protecting elephants, crucial components of our ecosystem.

Asian Paints took a proactive stance by releasing an ivory shade card, symbolizing their commitment to finding inspiration in ethical alternatives rather than supporting illegal activities like poaching.

Unacademy utilized its educational platform to advocate for wildlife conservation, emphasizing the significance of elephants by highlighting their role in childhood education, underscoring the need to incorporate wildlife awareness into early learning experiences.

Toothsi contributed to the conversation by emphasizing the value of elephants’ smiles and the importance of protecting them, drawing a parallel between the dental care they provide and the preservation of wildlife.

Dabur Hajmola firmly condemned poaching, asserting that such activities are not digestible to the brand, lining their stance against poaching with their commitment to promoting health and well-being.

What is Poacher about?

An eye-opening eco-thriller drama series set amidst the jungles of Kerala and Delhi, Poacher has been crafted by Emmy award winner Richie Mehta, and the core purpose of making this movie is to showcase the plight of our elephants. This movie also focuses on the investigation of a true incident of ivory trafficking in 2015.
