In the short period since its launch, the Kia Sonet has risen to the top of the sub-4m SUV class. Its mechanicals are shared with the Hyundai Venue, including the 1.5-litre diesel engine. The Sonet is the only vehicle with a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission and a creamy diesel engine.
