Sandhydeep Purri moves to Westlife FoodWorld as Chief People Officer 

McDonald’s India operator Westlife FoodWorld has appointed Sandhydeep Purri as its Chief People Officer. Purri brings 25 years of diverse experience across manufacturing, media & entertainment, consulting, IT, and retail industries. Prior to this role, he served as Chief People Officer at Unacademy and has worked extensively across Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America on large-scale change management and HR projects. 

KA Shabbir to take on new role as CEO of Funskool India 

In a significant development at Funskool India Limited, K A Shabir has been elevated to the position of CEO effective January 1, 2025. A 33-year veteran of the company, Shabir has previously led various departments including international business, manufacturing, and new product development. In his new role, he aims to drive innovation and expand the company’s global presence while maintaining Funskool’s commitment to quality and safety in toy manufacturing. 

Tanvi Choksi appointed as CHRO, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India 

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has brought on board Tanvi Choksi as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Choksi joins from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she held the same position. Her 20-year career journey includes notable stints at major corporations such as Tata Motors, Monsanto, and Johnson & Johnson. 

Orient Technologies announces Shrihari Bhat as its new CEO 

In the technology sector, Orient Technologies has appointed Shrihari Bhat as its new CEO, effective January 1, 2025. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Bhat previously served as Division Executive for International Markets at FIS and has held senior leadership positions at NCR and FirstData. In his new role, Bhat will focus on technology transformation and business expansion, working closely with the existing leadership team to drive innovation and growth.
