Prior to joining Cipla, Girish held key HR leadership roles at Sun Pharma, Lupin Limited, Andritz Hydro, and Crompton Greaves, gaining in-depth expertise in recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and policy development. An accomplished HR professional, he holds a degree in Personnel Management and has undergone advanced HR training at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
