JSW Dulux Appoints Manish Kohli as Deputy General Manager, Corporate Communications

The former L&T Finance communications lead will take charge of the paints company’s PR mandate.

JSW Dulux has appointed Manish Kohli as Deputy General Manager, Corporate Communications. Kohli announced the move on LinkedIn, saying he will lead the PR mandate for the organisation.

From L&T Finance to JSW Dulux

Kohli joins from L&T Finance, where he was Chief Manager, Corporate Communications from June 2023 to October 2026, working in the company’s corporate communications function.

Before that, he spent more than four years at Worldline in marketing and communications roles, rising from Manager to Senior Manager and then Associate Director, Marketing Communications. He began his corporate communications career at the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), where he spent over four years as Assistant Manager and then Deputy Manager, Corporate Communications. His earlier experience includes the Advertising Standards Council of India and POrMA Gifting Solutions.

What it means for JSW Dulux

The appointment comes as JSW Dulux continues to strengthen its corporate identity and market presence under the JSW Group. Kohli’s background across financial services, payments technology and advertising self-regulation brings a mix of corporate and marketing communications experience to the role.
