THE ELEPHANT WHISPERERS becomes the first Indian film to win an Oscar for the BEST DOCUMENTARY FILM at the 95th Academy Awards




India’s Oscar momentum continues!

๐“๐ก๐ž ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐ฉ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐–๐ก๐ข๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ, directed by Kartiki Gonsalves and produced by Guneet Monga won the ๐๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ƒ๐จ๐œ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐’๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ญ ๐…๐ข๐ฅ๐ฆ at the 95th Academy Awards and become the first Indian film to win an Oscar in this category.

Set in the Mudumalai National Park, the documentary is the tale of an orphaned elephant calf named Raghu in the care of Bomman and Belli, an indigenous couple. The documentary celebrates not just the bond that develops between them as well as the natural beauty of their surroundings.
