Encora, a leading provider of digital engineering services, has announced the appointment of Nilanjan Roy to its Board of Directors.
Roy brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles, including Chief Financial Officer at Infosys, Global CFO at Bharti Airtel, and leadership positions at Unilever. A highly recognized professional with multiple domestic and international accolades, he also serves on the board of Syngene International.
As a board member, Roy will leverage his expertise in finance, risk management, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and corporate governance to support Encora’s growth. His extensive experience in building global brands and driving shareholder value is expected to benefit Encora’s stakeholders, including its clients.
