Did Kangana Ranaut call Sonakshi Sinha ‘Pocket Maar’? The internet thinks so 

Actor-Politician Kangana Ranaut has found herself in the middle of a fresh controversy, all thanks to her ambiguous social media post. Although Kangana did not point out who she was specifically referring to, a segment of the internet is sure that the remarks made by her were directed at Sonakshi Sinha, thus sparking speculation. 

The post that stirred controversies was that in which Kangana indirectly mocked a woman’s dressing sense by saying that certain people “dress like pocket maar.” Though the actress did not take any names, netizens speculated that possibly the comment was directed towards Sonakshi Sinha who had recently being vocal about the NEET paper leak protests on her social media accounts. 

Taking to her Instagram story, the Queen actress wrote, “There are many fake news that are doing rounds, this like of mine is also fake I never body shame anyone but I have noticed an actress who dresses and speaks like a pocket maar these days she wears half pants and ulta cap and talks like a jebkatra while passionately promoting gutterchap behaviour of protestors. I always feel how you dress in a relationship is a direct reflection of how you feel, dear fellow actress if your man is making you feel like a jebkatra I am sorry, you used to dress and speak so elegantly what happened to you? Opinions are yours but you can do better with that styling of yours if you need some help I am always there for you 😘.” 

Fans all over started discussing the post by Kangana and it soon became viral. There were debates regarding whether Kangana’s post was really directed to Sonakshi Sinha or merely a general comment.  

For the uninitiated, the Dabangg actress was one of the pioneers of the Bollywood industry, who raised her voice against the student protests that took place at Jantar Mantar in Delhi in July this year. In one of her videos, Sonakshi seemed to enjoy the victory of the students by wearing a T-shirt and shorts, with a cap on her head, when education minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigned from his position. 

At the moment neither Kangana Ranaut nor Sonakshi Sinha have mentioned anything regarding this incident but this recent post has made sure that she stays in the limelight.
