To support this expansion, Varuna has implemented a 24×7 Control Tower infrastructure that provides end-to-end visibility of vehicle and warehouse movements. Combined with digitised workflows such as e-invoicing, ELRs, and client/vendor portals, the company ensures real-time coordination and faster turnaround times. Additionally, Varuna’s on-demand, marketplace-style warehousing model allows customers to plug into modular services—such as kitting, bundling, cold-chain, and reverse logistics—on a pay-as-you-go basis, further supporting scalable and cost-effective operations.
