When I joined Consero in January 2024 as the Managing Director, I brought with me over 33 years of experience as a technocrat/Business transformation, having worked with global leaders like Genpact, Wipro, and HP and multi-billion dollar financial service institutions, These organizations shaped my understanding of how technology, when used effectively, can redefine industries, empower teams, and deliver unmatched value to clients. Stepping into an organization with such a remarkable legacy in finance and accounting was both an honor and a challenge. Since its inception in 2006, Consero has been a leader in delivering high-quality, dependable financial solutions, earning the trust of its clients with its strong functional expertise. What struck me immediately was the immense potential to elevate this foundation by integrating technology at its core.
