Havells India Ltd. has appointed Prashant Gulati as Sr. Vice President 

Havells India Ltd has recently welcomed Prashant Gulati as its new Senior Vice President, a move that reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its leadership team and accelerating growth in the competitive electrical and lighting industry. 

Prashant Gulati, a seasoned executive with over 24 years of experience in sales and marketing, joins Havells with a rich background across various sectors, including building materials, FMCG, and retail. His most recent role was as General Manager – Retail Sales at Asian Paints, where he successfully led a team of over 2,000 sales professionals. Gulati played a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction during his tenure there. 

In his new role at Havells, Gulati will be pivotal in steering the company’s growth strategies and strengthening its market presence. His appointment highlights Havells’ dedication to leveraging top-tier talent to meet its business goals and uphold its leadership position in the industry. 

Gulati holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. His extensive experience and strategic vision are set to play a crucial role in shaping Havells’ business strategy, channel management, and market expansion efforts.
