At Cadila, we place great importance on retaining our employees, as we believe it is crucial for our continued success. Our dedicated team has an average tenure of almost 5 years, which demonstrates the strong commitment of our workforce. However, we don’t simply rely on our past achievements. We actively collect insights through internal surveys and exit interviews to understand the factors that impact employee retention. This data helps us to pinpoint areas where we can improve career development opportunities, create a positive work environment, and increase employee engagement. Attrition Rate: Benchmarking Performance  

We take pride in the fact that our employees stay with us for an average of almost 5 years, but we are always looking for ways to improve. We know that attrition rates in our industry can be high, so we are currently working on reducing our 1.5-1.8% monthly attrition rate. To achieve this, we are focusing on initiatives to engage our employees, developing programs to help them advance in their careers, and creating a positive work environment. Our ultimate goal is to make Cadila a place where talented individuals not only succeed but also choose to stay and build long and fulfilling careers. With the objective of taking a conscious efforts towards continuous improvements, every Quarter we do an anonymous Employee Pulse Survey and based on the voices of our employees, we prepare action plan in alignment with our leadership team to ensure we cater to the voice or feedback of our employees.
