Nykaa appoints Ankit Jain to lead quick commerce business Nykaa Now

Nykaa has appointed former Swiggy Instamart COO Ankit Jain to lead Nykaa Now, its quick commerce business.

Nykaa Now is Nykaa’s quick commerce platform, offering beauty, personal care, and wellness products with rapid delivery. The vertical aims to meet growing consumer demand for convenience and instant fulfilment.

Currently, Nykaa Now offers products from over 1,000 brands with delivery timelines ranging from 30 to 60 minutes, underscoring the company’s focus on speed, convenience, and customer experience. The service has expanded to 13 cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, and Kolkata, supported by technology integration and consumer adoption.

A President’s Gold Medal recipient and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, Jain brings extensive expertise spanning manufacturing operations, innovation and technology, logistics, warehousing, and end-to-end supply chain management. His diverse experience positions him well to drive operational excellence and support the next phase of growth for Nykaa’s quick commerce business.
