Scale can become a challenge if it is not managed with purpose. With over 87,000 employees across 40 countries, our focus is not just on managing this scale. It is on ensuring every individual feels they belong, that they matter, and that their unique context is understood.

At LTM, we strongly believe in the power of people. High-performing teams are built on trust, not control. As leaders, our role is to create an environment that encourages empowerment, collaboration and continuous learning, rather than enforcing uniformity. This belief becomes even more important as we grow across geographies.

Global strategy, local identity

Balancing global consistency with local empowerment is something we approach with intent. We do not see these as competing priorities. Instead, we believe they reinforce one another.

With a presence across more than 20 industries, over 100 technologies and 40 countries, our people strategy focuses on transparent career growth, continuous learning and leadership development. We provide a shared direction through our identity as the world’s Business Creativity partner and our ambition to help clients Outcreate the market. Within that framework, local teams have the flexibility to respond to the needs of their markets, clients and communities.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion councils in the Americas, Europe and India reflect this philosophy. Made up of senior leaders from different functions, these councils help shape initiatives that reflect local realities. The experiences of employees across the world are culturally and regionally different. Recognising these differences helps us build a culture that is inclusive and relevant across regions.

Building innovation where it matters

One of our strengths is creating innovation ecosystems that are globally connected but locally relevant. Our BlueVerseTM Studio network spans Bengaluru, London and Mumbai, giving employees and clients dedicated spaces to collaborate, experiment and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.

Establishing these studios across different markets is a deliberate decision. It brings innovation closer to our teams and clients, allowing them to solve local business challenges while contributing to our global capabilities. It reinforces that every market plays an important role in our growth story.

Local expertise as a business advantage

At LTM local understanding is more than a cultural value. It is a competitive advantage.

Our proposed acquisition of Randstad’s Technology and Consulting Services business in Europe and Australia reflects this approach. By combining our global AI capabilities with local expertise and industry knowledge, we aim to deliver compliant, domain-led AI services and sovereign solutions that address the specific needs of regional markets.

This demonstrates that empowering local teams is not simply a people initiative. It is a business strategy. Teams with deep knowledge of local regulations, customer expectations and industry dynamics are better equipped to create value for clients. When people have both ownership and local context, they deliver stronger outcomes.

Enabling people to grow with confidence

Empowerment is meaningful only when people have the skills and support to succeed. That is why we continue to invest in learning and capability building. BlueVerseTM SkillSphere, our unified AI learning platform, provides personalised learning journeys, certifications, gamified learning experiences and advanced programmes developed with institutions such as IIT Kharagpur among others. These learning pathways are tailored to different roles and career stages, ensuring employees can build the skills most relevant to their work.

Our ‘My Career My Growth’ philosophy and ‘Learn Grow Lead’ programmes further encourage employees to take ownership of their professional development. Across all geographies, we strive to create an environment where people feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.

A global organisation does not build a strong culture through standardisation alone. It succeeds by recognising the value of different perspectives and creating opportunities for people to thrive in their own context.

At LTM, we provide a shared purpose through our ambition to Outcreate, while giving local teams the trust and flexibility to bring that ambition to life. We support this with continued investment in our people, technology platforms and local presence.

Our diverse workforce brings unique insights to every client engagement. That diversity is one of our greatest strengths. Our goal is not to create a uniform global culture. It is to build a culture where, regardless of location, every employee feels trusted, supported, empowered and inspired to grow. When that happens, empowerment becomes part of how we work every day.
