Karnataka Bank Taps CredAble to Launch its First Fully Digital Supply Chain Finance platform

Mumbai, India, 14th July, 2026: CredAble, India’s leading working capital fintech platform, has partnered with Karnataka Bank to launch the Bank’s first fully digital Supply Chain Finance platform, marking a significant step in the Bank’s digital transformation journey and its focus on scaling technology-led working capital financing for MSMEs.

For Karnataka Bank, a trusted banking institution with over 100 years of legacy, having customer base of over 14 million and a network of 950+ branches across India, MSMEs remain a key growth driver for the Bank, with nearly a third of its business focused on MSME financing.

This partnership deepens that commitment, positioning digital supply chain finance as a strategic lever to expand credit access across corporate anchors and their connected MSME dealer and supplier ecosystems.

Through this partnership, Karnataka Bank aims to double its supply chain finance portfolio this financial year, with CredAble serving as a key technology partner to help scale digital working capital financing across its SCF value chain.

The partnership also comes at a defining moment for India’s MSME sector. With landmark trade agreements between India and the UK, the US and the EU taking shape and the

India–UK Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement coming into force. Indian MSMEs are being placed at the heart of global supply chains and the nation’s Viksit Bharat vision.

With supply chains becoming more interconnected, digital supply chain finance (SCF) is emerging as a critical enabler for corporates seeking to support their dealer and supplier networks, while helping MSMEs access liquidity with greater speed and ease.

As part of the rollout, Karnataka Bank intends to onboard leading anchor corporates and expand its Supply Chain Finance business through this strategic partnership.

CredAble’s platform will support Karnataka Bank in digitising key parts of the supply chain finance journey, from programme setup and participant onboarding to transaction processing, monitoring and reporting.

The platform brings together multi-product SCF capabilities, workflow-led approvals, digital documentation, real-time transaction visibility, portfolio monitoring, audit trails and MIS reporting on a unified digital layer.

These capabilities will help Karnataka Bank move from manual and fragmented processes to a more standardised, scalable and controlled operating model.

The platform is expected to deliver a 40% reduction in turnaround time, enable 3x faster supplier onboarding, reduce manual intervention and support same-day transaction processing.

By improving programme visibility and reducing operational friction, Karnataka Bank will be able to scale supply chain finance across multiple anchors, industries, geographies and customer segments with greater consistency and control.

Speaking on the partnership, Mr. Raghavendra Srinivas Bhat, MD & CEO, Karnataka Bank, said, “At Karnataka Bank, our focus is on delivering innovative, technology-led banking solutions that create lasting value for our customers. By combining our trusted banking expertise with CredAble’s advanced technology platform, we aim to provide seamless and efficient access to working capital for corporates, MSMEs, dealers and suppliers across the value chain.

This collaboration reinforces our commitment to strengthening the MSME ecosystem, enhancing customer experience and building a future-ready banking franchise. We believe this platform will not only simplify supply chain financing but also contribute to improving liquidity, fostering business growth and supporting India’s vision of a digitally empowered economy”

Commenting on the partnership, Ashutosh Taparia, CEO – Fintech Business, CredAble, said, “Digital supply chain finance is becoming an important growth lever for banks as

they look to serve corporates and their MSME ecosystems with greater speed, visibility and scale. Our partnership with Karnataka Bank is focused on enabling a more seamless working capital financing experience across the value chain and supporting the Bank’s ambition to scale its SCF business through a digital, controlled and data-led operating model.”

As businesses seek faster and more efficient access to liquidity, digital SCF platforms are helping banks improve credit delivery, reduce process friction and strengthen financing access across business ecosystems.

Through this partnership, CredAble and Karnataka Bank aim to create a stronger digital foundation for scalable, efficient and customer-centric supply chain finance in India.
