This option allows Indian travellers to enter the country without a visa and stay for up to 14 days. However, it is important to note that this stay is strictly non-extendable and cannot be converted into another type of visa.

To qualify, travellers must possess a passport valid for at least six months beyond the intended stay, provide proof of accommodation and onward or return travel, demonstrate sufficient financial means through bank statements or employment verification, and have no negative immigration history in the Philippines. Entry under this provision is permitted through all major airports, seaports, and cruise terminals.

30-Day Visa-Free Entry for AJACSSUK Visa/PR Holders

The second visa-free option offers even greater flexibility. Indian passport holders who have valid visas or permanent residency from any AJACSSUK country—that is, Australia, Japan, America, Canada, Schengen nations, Singapore, or the United Kingdom—are now eligible for a 30-day visa-free stay.

This provision is also limited to tourism and, like the 14-day option, is non-extendable. Travelers must have a passport with at least six months of validity, a confirmed return or onward journey, and a clean immigration record within the Philippines.

Still Need a Visa? The E-Visa Option Remains Open

For Indian travellers who do not meet the eligibility criteria under these two new categories, the traditional e-visa route remains available. The 9(a) Temporary Visitor Visa, accessible via the official Philippine e-visa portal, allows for a 30-day single-entry stay.

Applicants will need to submit standard documentation, including a valid passport, government-issued identification, passport-sized photographs, proof of accommodation, confirmed return travel, and evidence of sufficient financial resources.
