Ingram Micro India Appoints Farhana Haque as Country Lead

Haque will head the platform business, with a mandate to speed up digital adoption, grow the SMB segment and deepen partner relationships.

Ingram Micro India has appointed Farhana Haque as Country Lead and Executive Director, Platform Business, effective October 21, 2026. She joins the India Executive Leadership Team and will report to Flavio Moraes Junior, Vice-President and Chief Country Executive, Ingram Micro India.

The appointment comes as the company pushes ahead with its platform-led strategy, aiming to give technology partners a more integrated, digitally enabled and customer-focused experience.

Haque will concentrate on strengthening platform operations, accelerating adoption of Xvantage, Ingram Micro’s digital platform, and widening the company’s reach in key segments, especially small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). She is also tasked with improving customer success and building stronger ties across the partner ecosystem.

Moraes Junior pointed to Haque’s background in enterprise transformation, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and strategic partnerships. He said her leadership would help accelerate SMB growth and simplify the technology partner journey through a connected digital ecosystem.

Haque comes from Microsoft, where she was Senior Director leading work on enterprise transformation, AI strategy and commercial expansion. Her experience covers strategic services, cloud solutions and modern workplace technologies.

Earlier, at Vodafone, she led the Internet of Things (IoT) business and drove strategic partnerships and operational growth across India and the Asia-Pacific region.

At IBM, she was General Manager for the Distribution Sector, overseeing business analytics, optimisation and organisational change initiatives. Her career began at Infosys, where she handled SAP projects, alliances, proposals and marketing.

Haque holds an MBA in Marketing from the S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.

Her appointment underscores Ingram Micro India’s emphasis on platform innovation, operational excellence and partner-centric growth, as technology distribution moves toward integrated digital ecosystems.

With businesses looking for simpler access to cloud, AI and other technology solutions, the company’s platform strategy is expected to be central to deepening partner engagement and supporting growth in India’s changing technology market.
