Ipsos India announces leadership changes

Ipsos, the global market research firm, has unveiled several senior-level changes in India to strengthen teams across specific verticals. Balaji Pandiaraj, the current Country Service Line Leader for Automotive and Mobility Development (AMD), is transitioning to lead Customer Experience (CEX) for Ipsos India.

Apeksha Jain will step into Pandiaraj’s former role as she is elevated to the position of Country Service Line Leader for Automotive and Mobility Development (AMD) with immediate effect.

In a strategic move, Ipsos India is enhancing its largest service line, Innovation. Rahul Bhardwaj, Executive Director, is taking on the additional responsibility of Country Lead for Product Testing in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). This move aims to leverage Bhardwaj’s successful track record in driving innovation with key clients to enhance data quality, streamline product testing processes, and elevate overall client satisfaction.

Deepti Chandna, also an Executive Director, is assuming the extra role of Country Lead for Innovation and Forecasting for Durables, Services, and Technology (Non-CPG) sector. Chandna, with her expertise in trend spotting and forecasting, will contribute to the continued growth in Innovation and Forecasting.

Pooja Doshi, another Executive Director, is taking on the additional responsibility of Country Lead for Innovation and Forecasting in CPG. Doshi’s consistent commitment, leadership, and vision have played a crucial role in driving sustained business growth across key accounts within the domain.
