As political activity intensifies ahead of the upcoming Bihar elections, uncertainty continues over the Chief Ministerial candidate, especially within the NDA camp led by the Bharatiya Janata Party.

Sources indicate that the BJP is exploring multiple social equations before announcing a face for the top post. The party is reportedly weighing options across key voter blocs, including OBCs, Extremely Backward Classes (EBCs), Dalits, and upper castes, in a bid to maximize electoral gains.

A significant factor in this decision remains Nitish Kumar, whose stance is considered crucial in finalizing any leadership projection within the alliance. Despite being a seasoned leader and current CM, there is no official confirmation yet on whether he will continue as the face of the NDA in the upcoming polls.

Meanwhile, the opposition alliance, led by the Rashtriya Janata Dal and supported by the Indian National Congress, is also closely watching the developments, as leadership clarity could play a decisive role in shaping voter sentiment.

Adding to the intrigue, recent political buzz and poster campaigns in Patna projecting new faces have further fueled speculation about a possible shift in leadership strategy.
