To ensure that women are represented at all levels of the company, we have robust diversity and inclusion initiatives in place. These initiatives include regular monitoring of gender balance, especially in leadership roles, and a commitment to achieving and maintaining a diverse workforce. We actively promote gender equality through recruitment, retention, and promotion strategies that focus on bringing more women into senior positions 

  1. Strong Female Workforce Representation 

 
Innodata has consistently maintained a strong representation of women in its workforce, with female employees accounting for over 51% of the total workforce. Currently, the company employs 867 women, which demonstrates its unwavering commitment to gender diversity and inclusion at every level of the organization. This emphasis on gender balance has not only enriched the workplace culture but also contributed to more dynamic problem-solving and innovation. 

Over the years, the company has been dedicated to maintaining a diverse workforce, as reflected in the female employee representation: 

  • Dec 2021: 43.20% female workforce 
  • Dec 2022: 41.06% female workforce 
  • Dec 2023: 42.12% female workforce 

These figures reflect the company’s continued dedication to providing a balanced and inclusive working environment for women.

Innodata has 28 women in leadership role, a testament to its ongoing commitment to ensuring that women have a seat at the leadership table.
