Warner Bros. Discovery appoints Nilesh Zaveri as Sr. VP, CFO and COO for APAC 

Warner Bros. Discovery has appointed Nilesh Zaveri as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer for the Asia-Pacific region.  

Before joining Warner Bros. Discovery, Zaveri spent over six years at VICE Media, where he served as Managing Director for the APAC region, having initially joined the company as COO and CFO for Asia Pacific.  

Prior to his time at VICE Media, Zaveri held the position of Senior Vice President, CFO, and Head of Corporate Operations for Asia Pacific at Discovery Inc. His career also includes roles at ESPN Star Sports and 21st Century Fox, and he was associated with Star TV Network from 2003 to 2009.  

With over 20 years of experience, Zaveri brings a wealth of expertise in finance, strategy, operations, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and board representation.
