MobiKwik, the fintech company, is reinforcing its leadership team for the expansion of its payment business. Mohit Narain has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer – Consumer Payments, having been an integral part of MobiKwik for over five years in his previous role as Operational Excellence Coach.
His focus will be on ensuring operational efficiencies, particularly in UPI, MobiKwik Wallet, Offline QR, and devices (Soundbox and POS). Harvinder Singh Chadha, with over 20 years of experience in banking and fintech, has joined Zaakpay, MobiKwik’s subsidiary, as Vice President to lead the payment gateway business. Harvinder previously led the enterprise business at Cashfree Payments and has a rich background with Standard Chartered Bank, YES Bank, and HSBC.
At Zaakpay, he will lead business growth for the company’s payment gateway business. He will be responsible for online merchant acquisition – both small and medium businesses (SMBs) and enterprise business, banking partnerships, and building teams to ensure scalable and repeatable growth.
