She highlighted how leadership plays a defining role in driving diversity and inclusion from the top down. She also emphasised that true inclusion goes beyond gender, extending to regions, religions, and especially persons with disabilities, and emphasised the power of technology and leadership to make inclusion a core agenda for both nations and corporations. Appreciating Team Marksmen, she commended their own diversity, noting that with nearly 40% women in their workforce, their approach to inclusion truly “hits the bullseye.”
