He believes sustainability will sit firmly at the heart of India’s supply chain transformation, especially with the rise of fast commerce and reverse logistics, where recycling, refurbishing, and remanufacturing will become mainstream. He sees a future where last-mile delivery is driven by electric fleets, drones, and autonomous vehicles, cutting carbon emissions by up to 80% by 2035. Raj also spoke about the growing role of AI, ML, IoT, and data analytics in building a resilient value chain, and applauded the conclave for bringing together like-minded leaders who are pushing boundaries and shaping India’s next-gen logistics ecosystem.
