Shivani Goel Joins Reliance Brands as Vice President – Marketing

Reliance Brands Limited has appointed Shivani Goel as Vice President – Marketing, where she will lead the India marketing mandate for a portfolio of global luxury and premium brands, including HUGO BOSS, Paul & Shark, ZEGNA and TUMI.

In her new role, Goel will oversee brand strategy, consumer engagement and commercial growth across key touchpoints such as retail, digital, CRM, public relations, partnerships and brand experiences. Her mandate comes as international luxury brands continue to deepen their presence and consumer relevance in India.

Goel brings more than two decades of experience across marketing, communications, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail and e-commerce. Before joining Reliance Brands, she worked as an independent consultant focusing on strategy, positioning and brand growth. She previously served as Vice President – Marketing at Forever New from April 2022 to November 2025.

Her earlier career includes leadership and marketing roles at Forever New Clothing, Colorbar Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd., KOOVS.COM and Apparel Group India Pvt. Ltd, while she began her career with Kansai Nerolac Paints in 2003. Her experience spans product innovation, market launches, pricing, digital growth, loyalty programmes, consumer insights, content, retail experiences, celebrity partnerships and experiential marketing.

Commenting on the move, Goel said her focus will be on shaping the next phase of the brands in India by building cultural relevance, strengthening consumer connections and translating their global vision for the Indian market.

Her appointment adds seasoned marketing leadership to Reliance Brands’ growing international luxury portfolio and comes at a time when global fashion and lifestyle brands are increasingly looking to connect with India’s evolving premium consumer base. This appointment reflects the growing importance of experienced brand leadership in shaping how global luxury labels build relevance, loyalty and long-term growth in India.
