Kapoor brings over 20 years of extensive expertise in building and managing sustainable verticals within the media industry, with a proven record of helping organizations achieve their strategic objectives while maintaining a sharp focus on both top & bottom line performance. In his most recent role as Partner at Sapphire Human Capital, he successfully built new business verticals, including Sapphire Connect, launching multiple industry-led IPs and exclusive C-Suite communities such as Thought Leaders of India and India Diversity Forum – the first & only body in the country focused on creating awareness on DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion).
Previously, as Senior Director at ET Edge ( A division of Times Group), he was part of the core team that launched the business and played a key role in establishing and scaling numerous successful initiatives, both domestically and internationally. His impressive career also includes leadership positions at Planman Consulting, HT Media, IDG Media, and Monster India.
