He holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with dual specialization in Marketing and Operations from ESSCA School of Management, France. Additionally, he has completed the Advanced Strategic Leadership Program at INSEAD, France.
Prior to this, Barge held senior leadership positions at Tata AutoComp, VALEO, APTIV, and DELPHI. At Sterling Green, he is tasked with driving the strategic direction of the E-Mobility division, aligning operations, technology, and finance to foster innovation and build a customer-centric tech brand that enhances revenue and profitability.

Umma Saini has joined PhonePe as Director – Creative & Content, stepping down from her role as Chief Creative Officer at Schbang.
Prior to her appointment at Schbang, Saini led brand and creative efforts for Google in India. Her career began as a copywriter at Saints and Warriors, followed by roles at Ogilvy & Mather and BBDO in India and Singapore.

Aditya Nair Joins super.money as Head of Marketing
Aditya Nair has moved on from Zomato and joined super.money as their Head of Marketing.
At Zomato, Nair served as the Brand Marketing Lead, where he spent nearly two years. Before joining Zomato, he was with PhonePe and has also been associated with Disney Star and Raymond.
In his new role at super.money, Nair is expected to leverage his extensive experience in brand marketing to enhance the company’s market presence and customer engagement strategies.
Cargill Appoints Ravinder Balain as Country President – India
Cargill has appointed Ravinder Balain as Country President for the company in India. Balain joined Cargill in 2024 as Managing Director, South Asia – Animal Nutrition and Health.
With over three decades of experience in the agriculture industry, he has held global leadership roles in P&L, commercial operations, Six Sigma project management, and sourcing. Prior to joining Cargill, Balain worked with Corteva Agriscience, FMC Corporation, and DuPont, among others. His extensive experience is expected to contribute significantly to Cargill’s growth and operations in India.

Dheeraj Talreja has joined Cargill as Vice President and Managing Director for Food South Asia. He is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning over two decades.
Before joining Cargill, Talreja was associated with AAK for nearly eight years as President- India, South Asia & Sub Sahara. He had joined the company in 2000 as COO.
Prior to that, he worked with Huntsman Corporation for nearly 12 years. His leadership experience is expected to drive Cargill’s food division’s growth and innovation in the South Asia region.
