Yami Gautam to replace Vidya Balan in Kahaani 3?

The beloved Bollywood thriller series could be on its way to a new frontier. According to reports, Sujoy Ghosh is preparing Kahaani 3 and has chosen Yami Gautam as the main lead of the movie, thereby replacing Vidya Balan, who is known well for her work in the previous movies of this franchise, Kahaani (2012) and Kahaani 2 (2016).

Kahaani 3, reportedly, has a brand new story and will not continue the tale of Vidya Balan. The plot will focus on a new female protagonist, whereby Yami Gautam has made it to the list of probable actors for the project.
