What are the key actions WTW India Global Delivery Center is taking to create and sustain a culture of workplace excellence?

At WTW India Global Delivery Center, workplace excellence is the result of creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, connected and able to do their best work. Our focus is on building a culture that enables people to grow, contribute and thrive at every stage of their careers.

Learning is a core part of that experience. Through global learning platforms along with leadership and manager development programmes in WTW, we encourage colleagues to keep building skills that prepare them for future opportunities. We also place strong emphasis on regular performance conversations. Structured mid-year discussions and ongoing feedback help colleagues reflect on their goals, stay aligned and continue to grow.

Belonging is equally important. We are proud of the inclusive culture we have built, including a near 1:1 gender ratio across our workforce. But inclusion is not only about representation. It is about ensuring colleagues feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work and that their views are heard, respected and valued.

Culture is also strengthened through connection and recognition. Leadership town halls give colleagues visibility into business priorities and encourage open dialogue. Programmes such as our High Performers Club recognise exceptional contributions while also acknowledge families who support our colleagues’ success. Alongside this, wellness initiatives, employee assistance programmes and colleague communities built around shared interests, from photography to trekking, help create a stronger sense of community beyond day-to-day work.

Ultimately, sustaining workplace excellence comes down to listening, learning and continuing to invest in our people. When colleagues feel supported, recognised and empowered, excellence becomes part of how the organisation works, not just something we aim for.
